Orders are sent the same day for collection fans and within 48 hours for personalized fans, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For France

Letter followed:

5 euros

Delivery within 72 hours directly to your mailbox.

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
*Only for orders under 45 euros.

Colissimo Signature:

8 euros

Delivery 48 hours against signature 😊

A tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment.

Delivery to relay point (La Poste / Colissimo):

6 euros

Delivery to the relay point you chose when ordering

A tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment.

Free delivery :

Delivery to a Pickup relay point or Colissimo Relay point for orders over 50 euros 😊

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

DPD Relay:

5 euros

Delivery within 48 hours within
DPD relay point that you chose when ordering

A tracking number will be sent to you
by email at the time of shipment.

DPD Predict

7 euros

Delivery within 48 hours to your home.

You will receive an SMS to choose
the delivery method: either to your home or, if you wish, to the
DPD relay point of your choice.

A tracking number will be sent to you
by email at the time of shipment.

For Europe and the rest of the world

Colissimo signature:

15 euros

Allow a delay of 4 to 10 working days (indicative time, excluding customs processing)

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

These deadlines are given as an indication by the carriers.

Unfortunately, if these deadlines vary, we cannot be held responsible.

Returns and exchanges

After an online purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days from the date of your order.

The product must be intact and in its original packaging.

The return is at your expense.

We will send you a form to attach to your shipment and will reimburse you upon receipt of your shipment.

Personalized fans are not refundable.
